Cambridge Shotgun

Shotgun is a male who exhibits extreme fineness for a grey alpaca. A 50% share was released to us by EP Cambridge and we could not refuse. His sire, Waradene Pyralis of EPC, is a very well knows grey alpaca, once imported from Australia, he had a big influence on grey alpacas produced in the UK. Coming from a white dam, Shotgun has that advanced fleece level, with a good amount of alignment in the staple, meaning his density comes through, even with extreme fineness. He has a fleece that is soft handling and stands on a solid, compact frame. A very fertile male who has 12 cria due from his first breeding season, he is a great asset to our breeding program
